To enhance your experience with inFusion products, ITM Support provides the inFusion Annual Maintenance Agreement to provide technical support and software maintenance.

The inFusion Maintenance Agreement is an annual fee-based program, featuring both a software subscription and technical support elements.

Software Subscription

The software subscription provides maintenance release updates and upgrades of inFusion products.

Technical Support

The inFusion Maintenance Agreement allows customers to contact ITM to receive unlimited e-mail support from ITM Support engineers during normal business hours. Should the need arise, ITM will provide telephone support.
Customers not selecting the maintenance agreement have access to support resources such as Documentation, FAQ, and Knowledgebase.

Pricing and Availability

The inFusion Maintenance Agreement is available on an annual fee basis for all currently shipping inFusion products. Pricing for this program is product dependent. The prices are published with the appropriate products.
