Help Desk Management and Support

Our IT help desk allows you to focus your existing resources on other priorities while ITM takes ownership of the help desk. We have a formal escalation and communication process, and provide our clients with regular status reports.  We provide full or part time support for multiple systems and applications.  Our help desk manager has over 15 years of experience managing and supporting enterprise help desks.
